1. Order and Production

   a. After placing an order for a wooden floor tailor-made for you, the customer receives two samples of the chosen color. These samples are an indication of the floor and provide an indication of the color of the ordered floor for clarification. 

   b. After receiving the samples, the customer has the option to agree for production.

       You have a 28 day reflection period to cancel the order, no problem, you will get your money back. We have not yet put anything into production especially for you.

   c. As soon as the customer has given approval, the order is put into production. We will have a floor made especially for you in the dimensions, color and grading you require.

Once approval has been given and production has started, the floor is custom made for the customer. After this, it is not possible to return the floor.

2. Delivery time

   a. The delivery time for wooden floors tailor-made for you is usually 3-9 weeks after placing the order.

   b. Please note that the exact delivery time may vary depending on several factors such as the type of flooring and the complexity of the order.

   c. We strive to deliver the order within the specified delivery time. Any delays will be communicated to the customer in a timely manner.

3. Shipping methods

   a. We work with reliable shipping partners to ship our wooden floors.

   b. The shipping method is determined based on the dimensions and weight of the floor, as well as the customer's location.

   c. Once the order is ready for shipment, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

4. Shipping costs

 a. Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the floor ordered, as well as the delivery location.

   b. Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the checkout process.

   c. Please note: any customs fees or taxes applicable to international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

5. International Shipping

a. We offer international shipping for our wood floors.

   b. Please note that delivery time for international orders may be longer due to customs and transportation processes.

   c. Any customs fees or taxes applicable to international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns Policy

1. Given the tailor-made nature of our wooden floors, we cannot accept returns unless there are manufacturing defects or damage during transport.

2. Check the goods upon arrival. If they are damaged during transport, the customer must contact us within 48 hours of receipt via info@uipkes .nl.

3. In the event of manufacturing defects or transport damage, we will do our best to provide a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement of the damaged part.
